First of all, you need to look at the previous winning numbers for the pick 4 lotto game because the numbers that you pick in the future should be based on the numbers that have come up in the past. You need to make a note of the winning numbers from the last 50 draws and record the frequency that each number has been drawn. This process will help you to pick the right winning pick 4 numbers for the future drawings.
In order to find the previous winning numbers, you need to go to your state’s lottery website and click on the pick 4 tab. At this point, I want you to take a clean sheet of paper and create 3 columns. In the left column, list in each row a number from 0 – 9. In the middle column, place check marks. The right column is used for adding up your tally from the middle column.
Let me give you an example of what you are going to do. We want to pick from the previous 50 drawings, so I start with day 50. Let’s say that the number is 2375. Remember that we are recording the frequency of each number. I will put a check mark in rows 2, 3, 7 and 5. Next, I will look at the number for day 49. Let’s say the number is 9542. I would then put a check in rows 9, 5, 4 and 2.
After you have done this for the past 50 draws, you then need to complete the totals column i.e. the right side column. This is how you will create your frequency graph. In some states, you may find a frequency graph displayed on the website. If you do, then you are one step ahead of those that live in a state that doesn’t have a frequency graph. If your state website doesn’t have one, then you should go ahead and create your own frequency graph as we have discussed in this article.
